President Jokowi Sets Presidential Decree On Joint Leave Of ASN 2024, This Is The Date

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo issued Presidential Decree Number 7 of 2024 concerning Joint Leave for State Civil Apparatus Employees in 2024.

Based on a copy of the presidential decree seen in Jakarta, Wednesday, there are four dictums. First dictum, set leave with employees of the state civil apparatus in 2024, namely:

1. February 9, 2024 (Friday) as a joint leave for the Chinese New Year 2575 Kongzili;

2. March 12, 2024 (Tuesday) as a joint leave for Nyepi Holy Day Saka New Year 1946;

3. dated 8, 9, 12, and 15 April 2024 (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Monday) as a joint leave for Eid al-Fitr 1445 Hijri;

4. May 10, 2024 (Friday) as a joint leave for the Ascension of Isa Al Masih;

5. May 24, 2024 (Friday) as a joint leave for Vesak Day;

6. June 18, 2024 (Tuesday) as a joint leave for Eid al-Adha 1445 Hijri; and

7. December 26, 2024 (Thursday) as a joint holiday for Christmas Day.

The second dictum stated that the joint leave as referred to in the first dictum does not reduce the annual leave rights of ASN.

The third dictum, ASN employees who because their positions are not given the right to collective leave, their annual leave rights are added according to the amount of collective leave that is not given.

The fourth DKTum, this presidential decision, comes into effect on the date of stipulation.

The Presidential Decree was determined by President Joko Widodo in Jakarta on January 9, 2024.
