Avoid Fatigue Causes Death, Ministry Of Health Asks Election Officers To Perform Health Screening

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) said that health screening for election officials can prevent cases of fatigue that can lead to death. Siti Nadia Tarmizi was quoted as saying by ANTARA, January 17.

In addition, Nadia said that local health service facilities (fasyankes) were also prepared in case of an emergency or emergency. Regarding the screening criteria for election officers, she said that all of them were submitted in accordance with the respective health facilities according to existing regulations. For this reason, Nadia invites all election officials to carry out screening, by first reading the Health History Screening guidelines and Optimizing the Active Participation of the National Health Insurance Program for Election Organizing Officers and the 2024 Pilkada issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri), the General Elections Commission (KPU), the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu), and the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS).

Terkait hal tersebut, BPJS Kesehatan telah mengajak seluruh petugas penyelenggara Pemilu 2024 untuk mengecek kesiapan kesehatan melalui fasilitas skrining kesehatan yang dapat diakses dalam jaring (daring) secara gratis.Pengisi penyelengisining history kesehatan sudah dapat diakses sejak 2 Januari 2024," kata Asisten Deputi Komunikasi Publik dan Humas BPJS Kesehatan Agustian Fardianto.Ardi menyebutkan ketentuan skrining kesehatan berlaku selur yang merupakan petugas penyelenggara Pemilu dan Pilkada 2024, yang terdaftar pada sistem informasi petugas KPU atau Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Anggota KPU dan Badan Ad Hoc (SIAKBA).

Health history screening can be accessed through the Mobile JKN application, BPJS Kesehatan website, or Asistant Chat BPJS Kesehatan (CHIKA). To note, in the 2019 election, the KPU recorded 5,175 election officers who were sick and 8894 officers died.
