According to him, the violation of the Brong exhaust or noisy noise is contained in Article 285 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning the Road Traffic and Transportation Act.

"The use of Brong exhaust or noisy noise can be subject to sanctions, in the form of imprisonment for a maximum of one month and a maximum fine of Rp. 250,000," he said.
