JAKARTA - Candidate for vice president number two Gibran Rakabuming Raka admitted that he wanted to meet Jakarta residents before returning to Solo, Central Java to be active as mayor of Surakarta.

"Yes, this is a meeting and gathering with residents only. Leave until Wednesday (17/1)," said Gibran when met by reporters on Jalan Warakas IV, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 16.

At Warakas, Gibran shared a book. There is also a free health check coordinated by the Prabowo Jagat Volunteers

"(How many books and milk were distributed) I don't know, I'll just ask the team here," said Gibran.

Gibran started his campaign in Warakas Village, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta on Tuesday at 11.00 WIB with blusukan or went directly to meet residents.

The eldest son of President Joko Widodo was immediately greeted by residents on Jalan Warakas 4, Gang 16 to collect notebooks and boxed milk from the presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto in the 2024 presidential election.

Gibran also took the time to visit the health post which was held for local residents.
