PEKALONGAN - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency Hadi Tjahjanto said the government is targeting the legality process of community assets of 126 million plots of land.
"Until now, land registration in Indonesia has been completed 110.5 million fields. It is hoped that by 2024, there will be 120 million plots of land," he said in Pekalongan as reported by ANTARA, Monday, January 15.
According to him, especially in Central Java, his party is targeting 21 million plots of land which have now reached 96 percent.
Then for the distribution of certificates in the complete systematic land registration program in early 2024 in Pekalongan Regency, he said, today 20 certificates from 96 percent have been submitted.
"From this achievement, we hope that a complete City/Regency will be declared throughout Indonesia," he hoped.
Hadi Tjahjanto said that later the certificate would turn digital so that the ownership of the land could be safer.
"So people can be calm and will not be stolen or played by the land mafia because land certificates will be replaced with electronic certificates," he said.
