BOGOR - The Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) has temporarily suspended a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Bogor City Government (Pemkot).
The ASN with the initials W, who was temporarily dismissed, served at the Bogor City Tourism and Culture Office (Disparbud).
The dismissal follows a letter of determination of the suspect, by the Bogor City Police Satreskrim, and the person concerned is required to report every Monday and Thursday, to the Bogor City Police PPA Unit.
Employee W himself was named a suspect for the police report number LP/B/628/VI/2022/SPKT/POLRESTA BOGOR KOTA/West Java Police dated June 4, 2022.
Head of the Bogor City BKPSDM Hery Karnadi said that he had been temporarily suspended since December 2023.
"It has been signed and submitted a decree for temporary dismissal as a civil servant in accordance with the ASN Law 20/2023," said Hery Karnadi, Thursday, January 11.
