JK: If Checked Easy Anies, Bawaslu Calls Jokowi Baru Many This Country

JAKARTA - Jusuf Kalla commented on the report against the presidential candidate Anies Baswedan regarding the statement of land 340,000 hectares belonging to Prabowo Subianto on the presidential candidate stage. Anies said JK would not have any trouble if called Bawaslu.

"If it's checked, it's easy for Anies to ask for testimony from Mr. Jokowi. He first spoke to Mr. Jokowi," said JK, Wednesday, January 10.

JK said Anies only needed to answer Prabowo's land data when the 2019 presidential candidate debate was obtained.

"When asked (Bawaslu) where does the data come from? (Javab only) from Pak Jokowi. (Bawaslu) Call Pak Jokowi, only a lot of this country," said JK with a laugh reported by Kompas.com.

As previously reported, Prabowo Subianto said the land raised by presidential candidate number 1 Anies Baswedan during the third presidential candidate debate held by the KPU on Sunday (7/1) night was a right of use (HGU) and belonged to the state.

"He (Anies) doesn't understand, does there be HGU? Business rights, building rights, rights to use. That's state land, brothers, people's land, nation's land," Prabowo said in front of his volunteers while attending the Consolidation of the Prabowo-Gibran Volunteers in Riau Province at the Pekanbaru Youth Sports Hall, Tuesday, January 9.

According to Prabowo, the land is better for him to manage than to be controlled by foreigners.

He also mentioned that when the government needed the land, he immediately handed it over.

Prabowo also said Anies was wrong. The land, he said, was not 340,000 hectares.

"Yesterday I was also completely wrong, not 340,000 hectares, approaching 500,000 hectares. He maubikinrakkyat hated me," said the Defense Minister.

Prabowo also said that he had submitted the land to the state two years ago.

"Mr President, if this land is needed for food barns, use my HGU land. Use it. I am ready. And we are working on it," he said.

According to Prabowo, Anies had no good intentions when he made his statement during the debate two days ago.

"So, the intentions are not good. The data is wrong," he said
