JATENG - The District Attorney's Office (Kejari) of Kudus Regency examined the management of Persiku Kudus for the 2020-2021 period regarding the alleged corruption case of KONI grant funds with a state loss value of Rp. 2.57 billion.

"We summoned the management of Persiku Kudus in 2020 and 2021, to ask for information to reveal whether there are new facts regarding the use of Kudus APBD funds," said Head of the Kudus District Attorney Henriyadi W. Putro in Kudus, Tuesday.

Dalam penyidikan tersebut, ketika ada fakta baru, katanya tentunya akan diambil langkah-langkah hukum.

One of the witnesses summoned by the Kudus District Attorney, Firdaus Ardyansyah Purnomo, who is the manager of Persikau Kudus 2021.

Firdaus Ardyansyah Purnomo admitted that he was indeed summoned by the Holy Prosecutor's Office twice, namely Wednesday (3/1) and today (9/1) for questioning regarding the use of the 2021 APBD.

"I was asked by investigators as many as 25 questions. Among them, whether there is a budget given to Persikau's management in 2021. I answered there was none at all," he said.

Another question is whether or not there is a budget received because of the 2022 fiscal year which was submitted to Persikau Management 2021, because KONI Kudus reported an accountability report (LPJ) for Persikau 2021.

He emphasized that Persikau's management in 2021 has never received a single rupiah from anyone and any party. Either from the Kudus Regency Government through a grant or KONI through the Association of Indonesian Football Association (PSSI Cabinet) Kudus itself.

"The core financing of money collected by Persikau's management in 2021. It turns out that for the 2022 fiscal year, it is stated that there is a budget paid directly by KONI Kudus to a number of parties whose 2021 has not been paid through Persikanu management," he said.

In the investigation of the previous alleged corruption case of KONI Kudus grant funds, it led to the appointment of former Chairman of KONI Kudus Imam Triyanto as a suspect on December 15, 2023.

The state loss of Rp. 2.57 billion, including state losses in the 2022 fiscal year of Rp. 1.6 billion and in 2023 of Rp. 971 billion.

In the 2022 fiscal year, KONI Kudus received a grant from the Kudus Regency Government amounting to Rp. 10.9 billion. Meanwhile, the misuse of the budget was found, when the suspect distributed the budget to the Management of the Indonesian Bike Association (ISSI) in the amount of Rp. 90 million, but only Rp. 70 million was given, while Rp. 20 million was asked by the suspect for personal gain.

Similar cases also occurred in the Pengcab of the Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FPTI) from an allocation of Rp. 75 million, but only Rp. 45 million was received.

Abuse of grant funds was also found in the 2023 fiscal year, when KONI Kudus received a grant from the Kudus APBD of Rp. 9 billion which was intended for the procurement of equipment for the 2023 Porprov contingent of Rp. 971.5 million and catering of Rp. 528.57 million.
