Prabowo: Indonesia Must Be Led By An Arifed And Wise Figure, Don't Be Smart In Another Mouth In The Heart

JAKARTA - Presidential Candidate Prabowo Subianto said Indonesia with all its wealth must be led by a wise figure and put the interests of the nation first.

"The Indonesian nation, the Indonesian people, the fourth largest country in the world that is so rich, deserves wise and wise leaders," Prabowo said while attending the Prabowo-Gibran Volunteer Consolidation at the Pekanbaru Youth Center, Riau, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, January 9.

Prabowo said Indonesia needs an honest leader, not only good at tongue training.

"It is appropriate to accept honest and straight leaders, leaders who always think people, people, people. Nation, nation, nation, don't think of me, me, me. 'I am smart, I am good,' smart in the mouth, others in the heart," he said.

Prabowo said that Indonesia has always been led by a good figure and prioritizes the people.

He revealed that his relationship with President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) remained good even though he had crossed sides.

"Between Pak Jokowi and I never hurt each other. Pak Jokowi is a patriot, a nation's son who loves the homeland, love people," he said.

In addition, Prabowo stated that an attitude of concern for the welfare of the community had been a principle since childhood.

This, he said, also underlies all of his work programs and ideas with the vice president Gibran Rakabuming Raka and the Advanced Indonesia Coalition.

"The Forward Indonesia Coalition is a coalition of children of the nation who have common sense and have a conscience, have sincere aspirations, have sincere ideals, have the will to improve the lives of the Indonesian people," said Prabowo.

In addition, Prabowo said that his party had risked his body and soul for the Indonesian people since his status as a TNI soldier.

"Since I was young, I abused my body and soul for the people of Indonesia. I didn't do anything," said Prabowo.
