The reason for the postponement of the verdict hearing was due to the incomplete preparation of the verdict file. The panel of judges still needed time to complete it. "So the public prosecutor and the defendant's legal advisor as the news of the trial today is the reading of the verdict. So the concept of this decision we have worked as much as possible until this moment we have not been able to complete it all. Because our time is not enough for two days, yes," said Suparman. The Public Prosecutor at the Corruption Eradication Commission or the KPK charged Rafael Alun Trisambodo to receive gratuities worth Rp. 16.6 billion. The gratuity was allegedly accepted by Rafael Alun and his wife, Ernie Meike Torondek, who is one of the witnesses in the case of alleged receipt of the gratuity.
