Two 12-Year-Old Boy Found Dead Floating In Puri Kartika Ciledug Lake

TANGERANG - Two figures of the boy's body were found by the joint SAR team with a prone position floating on the surface of Lake Puri Kartika water, South Sudimara Village, Ciledug District, Tangerang City, Banten, Sunday, January 7.

The two bodies of the boy turned out to be drowned with the identities of Nurfaqiah Hadiawan (12) and Rafih (12). The two victims were found at a radius of 100 meters from the scene.

Previously, the two bodies of the boy drowned in Puri Kartika Lake, Tangerang on Saturday, January 6. The two victims of the boy were swimming with their two friends at Puri Kartika Lake. Then they drowned and were lost.

"We finally found the bodies of the two victims' children. The two bodies were immediately evacuated to the funeral home to be handed over to the family," said Head of the Jakarta Basarnas as SAR Mission Coordinator (SMC) in the SAR Operation, Fazzli when confirmed, Sunday, January 7.

The search for the bodies of the two children who drowned has been carried out since last Saturday, January 6. The search for victims was carried out by dividing into two search areas.

The first team conducted a sweep around the scene of the incident up to a radius of 100 meters using a rubber boat.

"The second team conducted a search by visual monitoring on land routes," he said.

Dozens of joint SAR personnel were deployed in the SAR operation to search for the bodies of the drowned victims, including Jakarta Basarnas, Tangerang City Fire Department, Tangerang City BPBD and others.
