Turangga Train Collision With Commuter Line In Bandung, Train Line Turned North

JAKARTA - Vice President (VP)Public RelationsKAI, Joni Martinus, said that his party had arranged the train track due to the Turangga train collision with the Commuter Line in Bandung.

"Today we are making efforts to operate trains by turning. The train, which previously passed the southern route, from Bandung to Banjar-Tasikmalaya, is currently heading north to Cikampek Baru to Kroya," Joni Martinus said in an interview with the Breaking News Kompas TV program quoted by VOI, Friday, January 5.

The Turangga train collision accident with Commuter Line occurred at KM 181 Bandung Regency. The evacuation process is being carried out on train passengers.

"At 06.03 WIB we received information about a train accident, namely between the Turangga train, the Surabaya-Bandung connection with the Commuter Line train," he said.

Regarding the fatalities, Martinus said that his party must first check at the location.

Previously, the Bandung Police Chief, Kombes Kusworo Wibowo, said that there were 3 people who died as a result of the collision of the Greater Bandung Commuter Line local train with the Turangga train.
