The Directorate of Cyber Crime, Bareskrim Polri arrested a man with the initials AB for uploading provocative content about Papua on his TikTok account under the name president_ono_niha.

"This also happened when he satirized the fundraising action for Palestinians and stated that he was ready to witness that Israeli missiles destroyed Hamas/Palestinian," wrote the Instagram account of the Directorate of Cyber Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, quoted by VOI, Tuesday, January 2.

Previously, Papua Police Chief Inspector General Mathius Fakhiri admitted that AB (30), the owner of the hate spreader account, had been arrested by the Bareskrim cyber team in the West Jakarta area, Saturday, December 30 evening.
"It is true that the AB who has been arrested by the Bareskrim cyber team related to hate speech against supporters of the former Papua Governor, the late Lukas Enembe, was uploaded to his TikTok account. The investigation is still ongoing and is currently still waiting for further information from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters," said Fakhiri.
