JAKARTA - Candidate for vice president number 2 Gibran Rakabuming Raka continued his campaign series by staying in touch with interfaith figures in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Friday (29/12) night.
Gibran explained that interfaith figures want equitable development if Prabowo-Gibran is elected as president and vice president in the 2024 presidential election.
"The input from community leaders, youth leaders, basically all of them expect equal development," said Gibran in a statement quoted by ANTARA, Saturday, December 30.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the NTT Indonesian Young Forces Movement (GAMKI), Gadi Buli, said that the people of NTT were very happy with the visit of President Joko Widodo's eldest son to the region.
"Mas Gibran is here as proof of his love for NTT," said Gadi.
He also believes in God's will and the great support of the community, the Prabowo-Gibran pair can be elected to lead Indonesia in the next five years.
