JAKARTA - Head of the Regional Winning Team (TPD) Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD in DKI Jakarta, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, said that his party would intensify blusukan's strategy to campaign for the presidential and vice-presidential candidates number 3.

"I, the chairman of the DKI TPD, continue to blusukan in Jakarta, I will continue to consolidate in Jakarta," said Prasetyo after the event 'Nyok Nyukur Biar Sekeren Ganjar' in Senen, Central Jakarta, Thursday, December 28.

According to Prasetyo, campaign action with blusukan is now more effective than the practice of money politics in order to seduce the public to choose.

"The community is now smarter, better understanding. Given money is not necessarily the one directed by him," he explained.

In his explanation, the chairman of the PDIP faction of the DKI Jakarta DPRD admitted that South Jakarta and East Jakarta were still difficult to win by their presidential and vice presidential candidates.

This was revealed by Prasetyo based on the results of the election votes for the president and regional heads promoted by PDIP. Prasetyo said that the candidate pairs did not get significant votes in the 2017 DKI Regional Elections, the 2014 Presidential Election, and the 2019 Presidential Election.

Therefore, one way to win the candidate pair by TPD Ganjar-Mahfud DKI Jakarta by building a winning house in the South Jakarta area, an area that is still a challenge to vote.

"Why is the TPD office in South Jakarta? Because West Jakarta, North Jakarta, Thousand Islands, red (PDIP) won. East and South we lost. The election is Central Jakarta," said Prasetyo.

"So, I conclude that the regional winning team post is in South Jakarta to minimize defeat. At least winning one step from defeat," he continued.
