Prabowo Reminds Voters To Be Careful: This Is The OBJECTimal Season

BANDUNG - Presidential Candidate Prabowo Subianto reminded voters in Bandung, West Java, to be careful with politicians and pairs of vice presidential candidates who only offer promises.

The problem is, these promises are often just a trick to get votes and sympathy from the people who are the highest holders of power, especially when elections are held every five years.

"This is a hassle every five years, the season for politicians, what season, the sale of promises," Prabowo said when delivering his political oration at the declaration of the Indonesian United Muslim Movement, Cinta Tanah Air (Gempita) in Bandung, West Java, Wednesday, December 27.

Related to that, Prabowo said that he did not only make promises, because for the last few years he has shown his work as defense minister in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet led by Indonesian President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin.

Not only that, Prabowo conveyed the vision and mission that he shared with his partner, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, which has also been stated in a concrete strategy, namely the 'National Transformation Strategy Towards a Golden Indonesia 2045'.

"We already have a map, an implementation map, not a dream map, not a map by the way," Prabowo said as quoted by Antara.

Prabowo also said that if he and Gibran were elected in the 2024 presidential election, he would gather people who wanted to donate their thoughts, experiences, and technology for the benefit of the nation.

"We are not shy, we want to continue, we want to continue, want to build, to lead the transformation of the nation on the basis that President Jokowi has built and also the foundation built by President SBY (Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono), and all previous presidents. We want to build. We don't want to mess with the life of the nation," said Prabowo.
