HMI's Big Family Supports Anies-Cak Imin In The 2024 Presidential Election

JAKARTA - The extended family of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) declared their support for the presidential and vice presidential candidate pair number 1, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin) in the 2024 presidential election.

This declaration was read by the representative of the initiator of the declaration, Didin S. Damanhuri in front of Anies and Cak Imin who were present at the event location at Swasana Lippo Kuningan Grand Ballroom, Rasuna Said, South Jakarta.

"Trusting and believing that the AMIN Pair (Anies - Muhaimin) if given the mandate to become President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia 2024-2029 will be able and able to provide the best ideas, narratives and works for progress, authority and benefit of religion, nation and state of the Republic of Indonesia," said Didin when reading the declaration, Wednesday, December 27.

Then, the declarator also invites the HMI extended family around the world together, work hand in hand, and strengthen each other to exert all the best strength and effort, strength, ability and effort to win the AMIN Pair.

"Giving the Trust to the AMIN Pair if elected President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia 2024-2029 to mobilize all capabilities and authorities to create a just and prosperous society that Allah SWT pleases," he continued.

Responding to the declaration, Anies views that the declaration of support from KB HMI is very meaningful because they are one of the great student organizations in Indonesia.

"So this big family has a very wide reach, because today KB HMI provides support to us, and we trima and take the mandate of something very meaningful and very large," said Anies.
