WONOSOBO - Presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo responded to the visit of the vice presidential candidate number 2 Gibran Rakabuming Raka when he visited the State Capital (IKN) Nusantara, as a step to follow his political safari journey. According to him, many parties always follow the journey of their political safaris. "Yes, there are many people who always come with me," said Ganjar in Wilayu Village, Selomerto District, Wonosobo Regency, Central Java, as reported by Antara, Monday, December 18. However, the former Governor of Central Java emphasized that he was the first person to start a political safari to IKN compared to other pairs of presidential candidates. "So, I'm still the most authentic," he said with a laugh. Previously, the vice presidential candidate number 2 Gibran Rakabuming Raka visited the State Capital (IKN) Nusantara in East Kalimantan, Saturday, December 16. This is Gibran's first time to visit IKN which was built by his father, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). "This is my first time going to IKN. Ladies and gentlemen, this is extraordinary. Please pray for me," said Gibran. The General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia on Monday, November 13, 2023, determined three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates to participate in the 2024 Presidential and Vice Presidential Elections (Pilpres). The results of the draw and determination of the number of participants for the 2024 presidential election on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, the pair Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar number 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka number 2, and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md. serial number 3.

The KPU has also set a campaign period from November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024, then the voting schedule will be on February 14, 2024.
