JAKARTA - Siti Atikoh emphasized that the Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD pair is a person who cares about vulnerable groups. Ganjar Pranowo's wife said the number three pair had different issues and reached all of them.

This was conveyed by Atikoh when attending the Indonesian Women's National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) Elect Ganjar (Pijar) 2023 today, Saturday, December 16.

Atikoh then explained several programs that her husband and Mahfud MD brought as their vice presidential candidate if elected. Among them is the matter of controlling the prices of basic necessities in the country.

"Maybe if it is told that the upstream-downstream problem is a bit too compacted, yes. But the point is that the distribution will be regulated by the state," he said.

"When the country was harvesting, the state was present and at that time was cyclic, the government's harvest was issued so that prices could also be stable. Because farmers also need a fair price," continued the wife of the former Governor of Central Java.

The second program that Atikoh discussed was about education to alleviate poverty. In fact, this couple has a program of 'One Poor Family, One Bachelor'.

"This needs a blow up," he said.

Then, Ganjar-Mahfud will also seek to open 17 million jobs to alleviate poverty in Indonesia, which reaches 5 percent. "It doesn't look too high. But if we multiply it with a population of 270 million, the figure is definitely large," explained Atikoh.

Furthermore, Ganjar-Mahfud will also try to solve the problem of stunting or malnutrition in the country. Then, they also have several other programs such as the Indonesian Integrated Card Card One (Sakti).

"So later on, all one will have a single identity, it will make it easier for data collection and distribution," he said.
