Slammed By His Father To Death, Clouds Experience Brain Network Damage And Skull Breaks

JAKARTA Clouds, an 11-year-old boy in Penjaringan, North Jakarta who died when his father slammed him for hitting a neighbor's child, suffered serious head injuries. As explained by the North Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Gidion Arif, the Cloud suffered brain tissue damage and a fractured skull.

"The death was due to blunt force on the left forehead which broke the skull bone and resulted in bleeding and damage to brain tissue," said Kombes Pol Gidion Arif to reporters, Friday, December 15.

In addition, the victim also suffered injuries to his face, hands and feet. Kombes Gidion explained, the victim was slammed in the position of his hand and feet which first touched a flat surface.

"But) what causes death is the skull which results in tissue damage," he said.

According to the police, Awan is a boy with special needs. His father, Usman (49), is known as a temperamental man. The clouds died at the Police Hospital, Kramat Jati after undergoing medical treatment due to his injuries.

The violent incident occurred on Jalan Gang IV, Jalan Muara Baru, Petjaringan, North Jakarta, Wednesday, December 13.

Usman was named a suspect and charged with the Law on Domestic Violence (KDRT) article 44 Paragraph 3 which causes death and the Child Protection Act.

"15 years (imprisonment-ed). Child Protection Law. We are detaining him," he concluded.
