Not Only From SYL, Firli Bahuri Also Received Muhammad Hatta's Money Through Kombes Irwan Irawan

JAKARTA - The head of the inactive Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Firli Bahuri, not only received money from former Minister of Agriculture (Mentan) Syahrul Yasin Limpo or SYL. However, from the Director of Agricultural Equipment and Machinery (Alsintan) of the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan), Muhammad Hatta, worth Rp. 1 billion.

The receipt of the money was revealed based on information from the Jakarta Metro Police Legal Division (Bidkum) team when reading out the legal facts in the trial of the pretrial lawsuit filed by Firli Bahuri at the South Jakarta District Court.

Starting from a meeting between the Semarang Police Chief Kombes Irwan Anwar and Muhammad Hatta at his house. At the meeting, there was a handover of Rp1 billion.

"That on June 6, 2021 or June 13, 2021, there was a meeting between Irwan Anwar and Muhammad Hatta at Irwan Anwar's private house," said one member of the Metro Jaya Police Bidkum team during the trial, Tuesday, December 12.

The Rp1 billion money that was handed over by Muhammad Hatta to Kombes Irwan Irawan was in foreign currency. The money is stored in a white envelope that is put into the red folder.

After handing over the money, Kombes Irwan Anwar met Firli Bahuri. The location is in one of the landslides located in the Police Science College or STIK - PTIK area.

There, Kombes Irwan Anwar handed over Rp1 billion in cash which was stored in a bag to Firli Bahuri

"On the same day there was a meeting between Irwan Anwar's brother and the applicant at one of the houses located next to the PTIK tennis court in South Jakarta," he said.

"At that time, brother Irwan Anwar handed over a bag containing money to the applicant," he continued.

Previously, Firli Bahuri was also said to have received Rp800 million from SYL. The handover of the money was at the safe house on Jalan Kertanegara number 46, South Jakarta on February 12.

Then, Firli Bahuri went back to meet Syahrul Yasin Limpo at the Tank Sports Center (GOR), West Jakarta, around March 2, 2022. During the meeting, there was a handover of Rp1 billion worth of money.

However, the handover of the money was not directly from Syahrul Yasin Limpo or SYL, then Minister of Agriculture, to Firli Bahuri.

Instead, the handover was through Panji Harjanto who was SYL's aide to Hendra Yoshua Daluwu as a Security and Security Officer (Pamwal) Firli Bahuri.

The nominal amount of money handed over reached Rp1 billion in foreign currency denominations. The money is in a small black bag.

"During the meeting, Panji Harjanto handed over a black handbag containing 1 billion rupiah in foreign currency denominations to the former Hendra Yoshua Daluwu as the chairman of the Indonesian KPK," he said.
