AMIN National Team: 820,000 Polling Stations For The People's Movement To Guard The 2024 Election

JAKARTA - Deputy National Team (Timnas) Winner Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) Sudirman Said said 820,000 polling posts (TPS) of the People's Movement would stand to oversee the implementation of the 2024 Simultaneous General Election (Pemilu).

Sudirman explained that the post is a form of commitment from a volunteer network that wants to guard AMIN's voice in the process of heading for voting day on February 14, 2024 and on the day of the election.

"We directly monitored Yogya and Central Java such as Klaten, and Solo Raya recently. One of them was a post located in Cemani Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency," said Sudirman Said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, December 11.

Sudirman ensured that the 220,000 People's Movement TPS posts would stand before the presidential election. That number is almost the same as the total polling stations set by the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU).

In addition to guarding AMIN's voice, said Sudirman, the post is a form of volunteer participation in realizing honest, fair and democratic elections.

The post, he continued, is also a forum for drivers of change to convey AMIN's vision and mission to the community, as well as consolidate the mass base at the grass root.

In its activities, the People's Movement TPS posts, he said, will hold various activities such as the One Million Banners People's Movement, the One Million Kentongan People's Movement, and the AMIN Kitchen.
