For Mutiara Baswedan, Competition For Elections Does Not Mean Enmity

JAKARTA - The daughter of presidential candidate number 1 Anies Baswedan, Mutiara Baswedan, said the process of competing in the general election (Pemilu) did not mean creating hostility.

He gave an example of his relationship with the son of presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo, namely Alam Ganjar, who remains relaxed and has no hostility.

"Earlier, I laughed together too, and the waiting room also talked," said Mutiara after attending a youth community event in Jakarta, Saturday (9/12/2023), as quoted by Antara.

According to him, a difference of opinion or difference of support must be responded casually. So he also made sure to keep making friends with Alam Ganjar.

Currently, Mutiara admits that she is part of Anies' campaign team in the field of research. He also admitted that he helped prepare the materials and materials needed during the campaign period.

"But together from the team, it's not special from me," said Mutiara.

Ahead of the presidential candidate debate activity, he said Anies, whom he called "Abah", did not make special preparations.

"So that's still out of town, together with Mamah too, that's his busy schedule," he said.
