The Reason For Ganjar Traveling To Remote Areas With Small Voice: This Is A Trust, Listening To The Most Remote

Presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo said the campaign was not just a place to search for votes, but a momentum to listen to the aspirations of the people.

This, according to Ganjar, is the reason he chose to travel to remote areas that have a small voter list (DPT) in the 2024 presidential election (Pilpres).

"Many asked because I went to areas where the potential for small votes was potential. The trustworthy leadership is to listen to the smallest, the remotest, and the most in need. That's fair," said Ganjar in Jakarta as reported by ANTARA, Friday, December 8.

Ganjar started his campaign in Merauke, followed by East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Sulawesi, and Kalimantan.

He conducts blusukan to small districts, such as Maumere, Rote, Ende, Bima, Pontianak, and other areas.

According to Ganjar, this is the approach needed to build Indonesia, with all levels of society having to be involved, and no one should be left behind for any reason, especially because of the potential for small votes.

"My concept since becoming the Governor of Central Java for two terms is that no one should be left behind in development," said Ganjar.

While traveling in some of the small areas in Indonesia, Ganjar heard a lot of input from the public.

"From their stories, we will formulate policies that we will propose. There are many real and concrete programs that can be implemented. This is what we will fight for when we get a mandate from the people," said Ganjar.
