JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menkopolhukam) Mahfud MD assessed that young voters choosing not to be white or golput means that they sign that they have maturity in thinking and attitude. "The programs offered by prospective leaders in the future will certainly require the right analysis and direction of thinking for you, so that you will train your maturity in determining political choices," Mahfud said when delivering his remarks in a public discussion which was followed online, Thursday, December 7, was confiscated by Antara. According to him, Indonesia's future is determined by the role of young people, including those who are currently still in college. Moreover, he continued, young people usually have special attention to various issues, ranging from employment issues to accelerating digitalization. Mahfud also reminded young people that later they would also hold the baton of Indonesia's leadership.
