The Police Confiscated The Luxury House And Its Contents In Cianjur, The Owner Was Detained For Stupid Investment

A luxury house owned by HA, the owner of a fake investment in Limbangansari Village, Cianjur, West Java, has a police line (ANTARA)

CIANJUR - The Police of Cianjur, West Java, again found a number of assets belonging to the suspect in the illegal HA investment in the form of land certificates and a large safe.

In this case the police are still completing the file before submitting the fraud case with thousands of victims to the Cianjur Prosecutor's Office

Cianjur Police Chief, AKBP Mochamad Rifai said that his party was continuing to investigate the case. The police appealed to victims or residents who know the other assets of the HA suspect to report it to the police for confiscation.

"We continue to track down the assets belonging to the suspect HA, while waiting for the filing to be completed to the Cianjur Prosecutor's Office. Currently the assets that have been confiscated are five certificates, one house with four buildings, four cars and a large safe," he said as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, 17 February.

The police also appealed to victims or residents who know other assets, to coordinate with the police, not with other parties, because the police continue to carry out developments to reveal all assets belonging to the suspect who are currently detained.

"We will continue to develop, once I ask the victim or anyone who knows the assets of the other suspect to report to us," AKBP Rifai.

Previously, after his disappearance, HA, the owner of a fake investment in Limbangsari Village, Cianjur District, was arrested in Bandung. The suspect underwent treatment at a hospital in Cianjur because he complained of illness. From the suspect's hands, the officers secured a number of assets.

Including a luxury home with four buildings in one area, four cars of various brands and types, customer documents and cash flow books and a large safe that was confiscated from inside the house. Meanwhile, the police recently found other assets in the form of five land and house certificates in the name of the suspect.
