JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) has launched the Farmaplus 2.0 web page which can be used by the public to check the availability and price of drugs at various health service facilities and pharmacies in Indonesia.

Laman web ini dapat diakses melalui https://farmaplus.kemkes.go.id/medicine dan telah terintegrasi dengan aplikasi SATUSEHAT.

To make it easier for the public to get information, he said, the contacts of health service facilities listed on Farmaplus 2.0 have also been connected to booking services via WhatsApp. Thus, the public can directly ask health service facilities and related pharmacies.

Currently, there are 2,688 drugs based on brands or trademarks that air on the Farmaplus 2.0 website. The medical indications that currently can be traced include cancer, heart disease, stroke, and uronefrology.

In addition, the public can also conduct searches based on provinces and regencies/cities to find out the nearest health service facilities and pharmacies that provide medicine.

In the same statement, the Director General of Pharmacy and Medical Devices at the Indonesian Ministry of Health Rizka Andalucia said that people can get drugs more quickly, easily, and affordablely through Farmaplus 2.0.

"Improving access and the ease of the community getting medicine is one of our priorities. Through Farmaplus 2.0, we hope that the public will find it easier to access information on the availability of drugs and the price is transparent," he said.
