Water Police Unit (Sat Pol Air) officers from the South Lampung Police, marine patrols, appealed to fishermen and tourists not to move around Mount Anak Krakatau within a radius of 5 kilometers. "Because the threat is also not only from the impact of the eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau, but bad weather ahead of the turn of the year. It also needs to be watched out for," said Iptu Fathul Arif.

Meanwhile, Yono (60 years), one of the fishermen, said that he and other fishermen in the waters of South Lampung always observed the activity of Mount Anak Krakatau every time they went to sea to fish.

"We are always wary of the increasing activity of Mount Anak Krakatau that is currently happening," said Yono.
