Presidential Candidate and Vice Presidential Candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD signed a declaration of a peaceful campaign, at the National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) of the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu) at the Grand Sahid Hotel, Sudirman, Central Jakarta.

The General Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) together with the police and the prosecutor's office are to prepare for the 2024 Election Campaign to run neutral and peaceful, with the theme "Gakkumdu Guards the Democratic and Dignityful 2024 Election".

The signing starts with the Presidential Candidate and Vice Presidential Candidate number 1 namely Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar. Then, Presidential Candidate and Vice Presidential Candidate number 2 Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

After that, then Ganjar, wearing a black shirt and Mahfud, a white shirt, went on stage to sign the declaration of a peaceful campaign in the 2024 General Election.

On this occasion, Ganjar emphasized his commitment to present a peaceful campaign at the democratic party event.

"What we read earlier in the signature of the commitment is an expression and seriousness of the mind of our hearts and actions," said Ganjar when giving his speech, Monday, November 27.

The white-haired presidential candidate also believes that election organizers and law enforcement officials will be neutral, so that the election will run fairly and peacefully.

"We really believe that all election organizers and apparatus will carry out this seriously," said Ganjar.

For this reason, Ganjar appreciates the commitments built from election organizers, law enforcement officials, presidential and vice presidential candidates, to political parties who want elections to run peacefully.

"So we express our respect and gratitude for the commitments built. Our task today is to carry out the commitments and words that we have signed," said Ganjar.

Also present at this event were TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo who were also present in the room of this event.

For your information, the 2024 presidential election campaign period will start from November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024.
