YOGYAKARTA - The National Campaign Team in the Presidential Election (Pilpres) in the ranks of SOE management is urged to resign immediately. Confirmed through Erick Thohir's statement, Commissioner of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. (BRIS) Arief Rosyid has resigned. In addition, not only himself, but there are several commissioners of SOEs from other companies who have resigned from their positions. Anyone? Here's the list.

1. Arief Rosyid

As mentioned above, Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) Muhammad Arief Rosyid Hasan has decided to resign from the largest Islamic bank in Indonesia. This step was taken following his appointment as Commander of Young Voters at TKN Prabowo-Gibran.

"I have asked permission from the President Commissioner of BSI, Mr. Muliaman Haddad and the Minister of SOEs Mr. Erick Thohir," he said, in a written statement, Monday (6/11/2023).

"In the communication established, I declare this resignation as my commitment to protect BSI's dignity as one of the banking institutions belonging to SOEs that the Indonesian people and Muslims rely on," he added.

2. Andi Gani

Andi Gani Nena Wea is known to have resigned from her position as President Commissioner of PT PP (Persero). He is known to be the Deputy Chairperson of the National Winning Team (TPN) from Ganjar 'Mahfud MD.

No kidding, it is known that this figure who is also the President of the Indonesian Workers Union (KSPSI) Confederation has served for 9 years as the President Commissioner of PT PP.

"I was just appointed yesterday. So as of today, I will take care of the letter of resignation from the PT PLN Commissioner to BUMN. Please pray for his blessing," said Eko, quoted from Antara, last Thursday (26/10/2023).

Eko Sulistyo first worked as Deputy IV for Political Communication and Information Dissemination of the Presidential Staff Office. Eko is also known to be someone close to Jokowi since pursuing a career in Solo, namely the Consultant of the Surakarta City Spatial Planning Service.

4. Anggawira

One of the top officials of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) Anggawira also stated that he would resign from the position of President Commissioner of PT Krakatau Pipe Industries (KPI). The reason is, KPI itself is a subsidiary of BUMN Krakatau Steel.

He admitted that he wanted to focus on joining the National Young Entrepreneurs Volunteers (Repnas). He is the General Chair of the National Repnas DPP who has declared his support for the presidential and vice presidential candidates, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

Not only as the Head of the National Development Committee (DPP), Anggawira also carries out his duties as Deputy Commander of the Young Voters Team (Fanta) in the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN). In the Fanta Team, Anggawira is trusted by the Head of the TKN Team Rosan Roeslani as the deputy commander to have a duty to manage young voters.

5. Budiman Sudjatmiko
