After Visiting America And Saudi Arabia, Jokowi Arrives In Indonesia Sunday Morning

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo arrived at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, Banten, Sunday at around 03.10 WIB, after traveling to Saudi Arabia and the United States. In a press release received quoted by ANTARA, Sunday 19 November, Jokowi arrived after traveling for approximately 21 hours from San Francisco, United States. Joining Jokowi's arrival at Soekarno-Hatta Airport included Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono, National Police Chief General Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, and Acting Governor of Banten Al Muktabar. Before arriving in the country, President Jokowi and his entourage first transited for two hours at Haneda International Airport, Tokyo, Japan, on Saturday 18 November, at 20.20 local time, to refuel the aircraft. In Saudi Arabia, Jokowi attended the Extraordinary High Level Conference (KTT) of Islamic Cooperation Organizations (OKI) in Riyadh, Saturday 11 November. At the Extraordinary OKI Summit, Jokowi encouraged OKI to unite and be at the forefront to resolve the crisis in Gaza, Palestine.The message of justice and humanity for the Palestinian people was also conveyed by Jokowi to the President of the United States Joe Biden in a meeting at the White House, Washington DC, United States, Monday 13 November. "I really hope that the US can show its leadership and be at the forefront to defend justice and humanity for the Palestinian people, for peace and independence based on two status solutions," Jokowi said. The same thing was also conveyed by Jokowi at the APEC Summit in San Francisco, United States, on Friday 17 November.
