PDIP Secretary General: Number 3 Paslon Ganjar-Mahfud Meaning Trisula Weda

JAKARTA - Secretary General (Secretary General) of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto revealed that the meaning of serial number 3 of candidate pairs (paslon) Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD in the 2024 presidential election is Trisula Weda.

"Some say (sequence number) 3 is Trisula Weda, which means a straight, correct and honest symbol," said Hasto after the Ganjar-Mahfud National Winning Team (TPN) meeting in Jakarta, Wednesday, November 15, was confiscated by Antara.

According to Hasto, Trisula Weda also summarizes the history of Ganjar Pranowo's leadership.

"Then, together with Prof. Mahfud MD to answer various issues of our nationality at this time," said Hasto.

Previously, Ganjar Pranowo admitted that he was happy to get serial number 3 in the 2024 presidential election, because it was in accordance with the third principle of Pancasila, Indonesian Unity.

"So, we got number 3. That's right, in accordance with the third principle of the Indonesian Union. We unite everything in an encouraging political process," said Ganjar after the draw at the Indonesian KPU Office, Jakarta, Tuesday night, November 14.

The KPU appointed three pairs of presidential and vice presidential candidates as participants in the 2024 presidential election; namely Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar with serial number 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka number 2, and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD in serial number 3.

The 2024 election campaign period is valid from November 28, 2023 to February 10, 2024, then the voting schedule is on February 14, 2024.
