"Initially the incident was discovered by a nurse on the 3rd floor who saw smoke from the 6th floor to the 3rd floor. It is suspected that the source of the fire came from the welding of the freight elevator on the 5th floor," he said.

As a result of the fire incident, the loss was estimated at Rp. 200 million.

"There was an welding of the freight elevator on the 5th floor so that the welding spark fell into the bottom and there was a forward cloth so that the fire broke out," he said.
