Meanwhile, previously in 2022, two buildings had also been designated as Provincial Ranking Cultural Conservation, namely the Imanuel GKE Mandomai Church in Kapuas Regency and the Kyai Gede Mosque in West Kotawaringin Regency.
The determination process begins with a proposal for registration of suspected Cultural Conservation Objects (ODCB) by the Cultural Conservation Registration Team to the Cultural Conservation Expert Team to be studied and recommended as a building object or structure or site or area that is suitable as a cultural heritage through a decision trial. Furthermore, the recommendation from the Cultural Heritage Expert Team was submitted to the regional head to be determined by a decree as a cultural heritage.
