Golkar Ensures That The Prabowo-Gibran TKN Meeting Will Not Discuss The Support From Bobby Nasution

JAKARTA - The Steering Committee of the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) will hold a meeting at the Golkar Party DPP Office, Jalan Anggrek Neli Murni, Slipi, West Jakarta on Thursday, November 9 evening. The meeting is scheduled to start at 19.00 WIB. Secretary General (Secretary General) of the Golkar Party, Lodewijk F. Paulus confirmed the meeting of the board of directors of TKN Prabowo-Gibran chaired by the General Chairperson of Golkar, Airlangga Hartarto, will not discuss the support from the Mayor of Medan, Bobby Nasution. "No (discuss Bobby, ed), we only discuss the structure, about the tasks of not discussing Mr. Bobby," said Lodewijk at the Senayan Parliament Complex, Central Jakarta, Thursday, November 9. It is known that Bobby who is also the son-in-law of President Joko Widodo as well as the PDIP cadre have expressed support in supporting Prabowo-Gibran in the 2024 presidential election yesterday. Lodewijk emphasized that the board meeting of directors was more focused on the structure and task of each member to win the Prabowo-Gibran pair. "It is more about the structure that we discuss with what tasks they should do with each member. And of course we are having a little story about the program. So we don't discuss anything else," said Lodewijk.

Lodewijk was also reluctant to comment further on the declaration of support by Bobby and the ranks of Fighter Entrepreneurs for Prabowo-Gibran. According to him, currently Golkar is busy taking care of preparations for the 2024 General Election.

"We don't think we see that, we are busy with Golkar's own business, preparations are only 97 days away. We just focus, maintenance to February 14, 2024," said the Deputy Speaker of the DPR.

The Deputy Chairperson of the TKN assessed that support for Prabowo-Gibran was Bobby's business personally. Golkar, he said, could not save the support.

"Because TKN has just been formed, we are just talking about the structure. Later it will be clearer than Mr. Bobby himself," said Lodewijk.
