JAKARTA - The Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) and the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) again gave a fiscal incentive award to regions that were considered capable of controlling the inflation rate.

This award was given directly by the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) Tito Karnavian and Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani to 34 regions at the Regional Inflation Control Coordination Meeting at the Sasana Bhakti Praja (SBP) Building of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Jakarta, reported by ANTARA, Monday, November 6.

Tito expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani for providing fiscal incentives to the regions. This award is believed to strengthen the movement and motivate local governments (Pemda) in controlling inflation.
