Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro said coordination with the prosecutor was carried out after Dito Mahendra's case file was declared incomplete.
"Regarding the development of handling the DM problem, the ownership of DM weapons, we have sent the file to the Prosecutor's Office, then from the file that has been sent there is a P19 that must be fulfilled by investigators," said Djuhandhani to reporters quoted on Tuesday, October 31.
In the process of completing the case files, investigators are said to have to examine several more witnesses. The goal is to make light of the origin of the senpi found at Dito Mahendra's residence.
"There were additional requests for examination related to several witnesses regarding the origin of the weapons," he said.

According to him, the handling is still ongoing, it's just that investigators focus on filing so that the case can be immediately transferred and entered the trial stage.
"The investigation is currently underway. So the case does not just disappear, no. Because we have detained the suspect. We will still be legally responsible for what we have done," said Djuhandhani.
