DKI Set 29 Draft Regional Regulations Ratified In 2024

JAKARTA - The Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DKI Jakarta DPRD has set 29 draft regional regulations (Raperda) into a program to form regional regulations (propemperda) which will be discussed and ratified in 2024.

Deputy Chairman of the Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD Abdurrahman Suhaimi asked the DKI Provincial Government Regional Work Unit (SKPD) to propose a regional regulation meeting to prepare what was needed before the Raperda was discussed.

The main thing is the preparation of academic papers so that the discussion of the regional regulation can run according to the set schedule.

"Of course we ask, first, the executive preparation who proposes to write to the DPRD which has not yet been written. Then it will be in Plenary, after that, it has become the domain of Bapemperda to be discussed," said Suhaimi in his statement, quoted Monday, October 30.

Continuing, the Head of the Legislation Division of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Legal Bureau, Fadjar, expressed his readiness to encourage the SKPD to propose to complete all the requirements that will be the basis for the discussion.

"Legislatif dan eksekutif telah menyetujukan 29 Raperda yang akan ditetapkan di Propemperda 2024. Insyaallah ini akan menjadikan DKI yang lebih baik kedepannya," ucapnya.

For information, 29 of the regional budgets targeted to be discussed and ratified in 2024 include the Raperda on Changes to the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2024, the Regional Budget Raperda for Revenue and Expenditure Budget for Fiscal Year 2025, the Regional Budget for Implementation and Expenditure Budget for Regional Revenue and Expenditures in 2023, the Utilities Network Raperda, and the Regional Property Management Raperda.

Then, the Raperda for Electronic Traffic Control (PL2SE), the Raperda for the Transportation Master Plan, the Raperda for Domestic Waste Management, the Raperda for Revocation of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 1992 concerning the Arrangement and Management of the Thousand Islands of North Jakarta Kotamadya, the Raperda for Non-Smoking Areas, the Raperda for Spatial Planning for the Province of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, the Regional Tax and Regional Retribution Raperda, the Regional Region Raperda for the Implementation of the Food System, and the Regional Raperda for the Development Plan for the Provincial Industry of DKI Jakarta 2023-2043.

Then, Raperda Rumah Susun, Raperda for the Implementation and Management of Education, Raperda for the Implementation of Legal Aid, Raperda for Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 3 of 1986 concerning Civil Servant Investigators in DKI Jakarta Province, Raperda for Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2018 concerning Limited Companies Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta (Regional Government), Raperda for Facilitation of Prevention, Circulation, Control, and Abuse of Narcotics and Narcotics Precursors, as well as Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Regional Company) Limited Company.

Furthermore, the Regional Capital Participation Raperda to PT JIEP, Raperda for Drinking Water Management, Raperda for Changes to the Law of Limited Transjakarta Companies into Limited Transjakarta Companies (Regional Companies), Raperda for Providing Incentives and Ease of Investment in DKI Jakarta Province, Raperda for the Jakarta Regional Long-Term Development Plan for 2025 2045, Raperda for Strengthening Pancasila Ideology, Advancement of Betawi Culture, and Raperda for the Implementation of Family Development.
