BMKG Weather Forecast Today, Most Big Cities in Indonesia are Sunny

JAKARTA - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that sunny, cloudy weather will dominate parts of the provincial capital today, Monday, October 30.

Quoted from the BMKG website, the areas predicted to be sunny and cloudy this afternoon are Serang, Yogyakarta, Jambi, Bandung, Samarinda, Tarakan, Pangkal Pinang, Ambon, Ternate, Mamuju and Kendari.

Meanwhile, the areas of Bengkulu, Central Jakarta, Gorontalo, Surabaya and Bandarlampung are predicted to be sunny.

The cities of Denpasar, Semarang, Palangka Raya, Kupang, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Manado and Palembang will be covered in cloudy weather during the day, and the city of Jayapura will be covered in thick clouds.

However, several areas are predicted to receive light rain this afternoon, namely Banda Aceh, Banjarmasin, Tanjung Pinang, Mataram and Manokwari. Meanwhile, the cities of Jayapura, Pekanbaru and Mamuju are predicted to have light rain at night.

Then, the Padang City area is predicted to receive moderate rain this afternoon.

BMKG warns the public to be alert for thunderstorms that will occur in Pontianak City this afternoon with humidity 60-95, as well as heavy rain in Medan City this afternoon with humidity 80-95.
