Cases Of Alleged Bribery In Handling Land Grabbing Cases In Pulogadung Have Reached The DKI Prosecutor's Office

Jakarta-After reporting to the Bureau of Wassidik Bareskrim Polri and reporting a number of police officers to the Divpropam Police Headquarters, Jaenuri as the attorney for the heirs of the late Siti Hadidjah in the alleged land grabbing case in Pulogadung, came to the Indonesian Attorney General's Office.

He came to follow up on the report regarding the alleged bribery and maladministration of the case with the suspect IM. Because Jaenuri suspects that there are irregularities in the handling of the case.

The one-stop integrated service office (PTSP) of the Deputy Attorney General for Supervision (Jamwas) of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office said that Jamwas had forwarded the information to the DKI High Prosecutor's Office.

Jaenuri reported this because he considered there were irregularities, where investigators wanted to sign a coordination report which essentially asked for the case to be stopped because there was not enough evidence.

In fact, according to Jaenudi, investigators have asked for statements from Land Expert Witnesses and Criminal Expert Witnesses according to the instructions of the Jakarta Attorney General's Office.

Jaenudi hopes that the government can eradicate the alleged land mafia in Indonesia. They suspect that there are parties who benefit themselves or groups by using their authority for other purposes.

"If the evidence we provide has not been able to bring IM to trial, we will look for and provide other evidence to strengthen our reports and files," concluded Jaenuri.
