It's Fun To Take Photos With A Male Friend, A Woman In Kembangan Was Hit By A Car From Behind

JAKARTA - Tragically, a woman in Kembangan, West Jakarta was hit by a car while taking a selfie with her male friend while on a motorbike, Tuesday morning, October 24, at around 02.30 WIB.

Based on CCTV footage at the scene, the unidentified female victim was sitting on a motorbike to be photographed by his male friend.

Not long after, a car at high speed immediately hit the woman.

Because the collision was very strong, the victim bounced about 10 to 15 meters from the side of the sidewalk. The victim's motorbike appeared to be crushed due to being hit by a car.

West Jakarta Metro Police Traffic Head Kompol Mokhamad Sigit Purwanto confirmed the incident. He said that the motorcyclist who was hit was injured.

"(The motorist) is injured," said Sigit in a short message, Tuesday, October 24.

When asked about the chronology, he was reluctant to answer. Sigit only confirmed that the owner had been arrested.

"It's been (take care of the car)," he said.
