Ambassador Djauhari Appreciates Chinese Company LiuGong-PNJ Holding Handal Technical Competition

DEPOK - The Handal Technician Competition by Chinese companies LiuGong and the Jakarta State Polytechnic (PNJ) was appreciated by the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to China and Mongolia, HE Djauhari Oratmangun.

According to Ambassador Djauhari, the competition being held is an implementation of the vision discussed by President Jokowi with President Xi Jinping. "Regarding cooperation in the field of vocational training," he said.

"I would like to thank the PNJ, the relevant ministries and LiuGong for realizing the big vision of the two leaders of the country. Where this vision was discussed in a 2018 meeting and in the not too distant future it has been implemented," said Djauhari Oratmangun in his statement, Saturday.

With this collaboration, it is hoped that relations between the two countries will increase. Currently, China is Indonesia's main trading partner and is one of the economic powers in the world. This relationship will be even stronger if the network of people to people continues to be improved.

Meanwhile, Deputy Director 4 of PNJ Dr. Dewi Liliana expressed her gratitude for the role of the Indonesian Ambassador to China which provides opportunities and opportunities to partner with industry. His party is ready to seize this opportunity by implementing cooperation since 2022.

"Thanks to LiuGong who went to Indonesia not only for doing business, but also for paying attention to the development of human resources and even establishing a customer experience center in the PNJ campus," he said.

Not only that, their other attention is to train lecturers to be able to teach and provide training to students of the 2022 heavy equipment study program as many as 80 people.

"Of these, 20 of our students received scholarships from LiuGong for training in China," he said.

In the Final Round for National Level Technical Skill Competition, it was attended by 24 participants who had passed the screening stage to the Regional Round. These 24 participants were divided into 8 groups which would later win the 1, 2, and 3 winners.

The 1st and 2nd winners of LiuGong 6th for National Level Technical Skill Competition 2023, will represent Indonesia in the Global Competition in China on November 16-27, 2023.

Team winners were selected based on the score and the results of the National Level Finals and Team Winners will take part in the LiuGong 6th Global Technical Skills Competition 2023 in China.

This event is a clear proof of LiuGong's commitment to developing high-quality human resources in the engineering and mechanical world, particularly in construction industry and heavy equipment.

The LiuGong 6th Round Final Round for National Level Technical Skill Competition 2023 is an actual practice test on LiuGong Machines and LiuGong Main Components, a practice exam consisting of Product Delivery Demonstrations (performance Show, mobile engine inspection and Machine Operational Demonstration), Measurement, Problem Breaking to correct section numbers found using the EPC and Overhaul Systems on Machine Components, Transmission and Hydrolik.

After the competition, Team excavator won 3rd place and earned a medal, certificate and Rp9 million in cash. The second place was won by Team Payr with a cash prize of Rp. 15 million and the 1st place winner was occupied by Team Dover who was entitled to a cash prize of Rp. 22.5 million. Team Dover and Paver have the right to take part in the LiuGong 6th Global Technical Skills Competition 2023 in China.
