BENGKULU - Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Mukomuko Regency Andiyanto revealed that JN, was dismissed from his position as Head of the Department (Kadis Perikanan) because of poor or bad performance. "His performance is not good, and the regent often hopes for outstanding officials. Former Head of Fisheries Service JN sued the regent's decision letter regarding his dismissal as Head of the Mukomuko District Fisheries Service to KASN. He stated that the person concerned was deemed not optimal in performance, besides that in the framework of working coordination at the internal level every important regional guest was never welcomed or attended by the head of the service. "Every important guest of the region is attended by his subordinates so that it becomes the regional head's own record," he said. Menurutnya, karena orang pusat melihat keseriusan daerah kalau daerah ini abai menjadi catatan sehingga tahun 2023 implementasi belum maksimal di sektor perikanan sehingga terjadi pemberhentian.Terkait dengan upaya JN menuntut haknya dengan cara menggugat SK bupati tentang pemberhentiannya, ia mengatakan, pihaknya menghormati langkah yang bersangkutan."Sepengetahuan kita langkah seperti itu, dengan adanya surat itu tentu kita koordinasi bagaimana mengeksekusi surat ini, jabatan yang ada sudah diisi dengan orang lain," ucapnya.Selain itu, katanya, pihaknya juga menyampaikan dasar pertimbangan objektif pemerintah daerah sehingga yang bersangkutan dievaluasi, termasuk penyampaian hasil "job fit" dan penyampaian hasil penilaian kinerja."Tahapan itu sudah kita sampaikan dan dokumen itu kita sampaikan ke KASN," ujar Abdiyanto.
