JAKARTA - The name of the Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, has strengthened to become one of Prabowo Subianto's candidate candidates for vice president. The Democratic Party stated that the decision regarding the vice presidential candidate was fully submitted to Prabowo, but Gibran's opportunity depended on the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK). Herman said, there are indeed four names that have strengthened as candidates for Prabowo's vice president. They are Golkar Chairman Airlangga Hartarto, SOE Minister Erick Thohir, East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa and Solo Walkot Gibran Rakabuming Raka. "Will it be the choice for Pak Airlangga, Erick Thohir, Gibran or Bu Khofifah, currently there are four who have strengthened as candidates for vice president, Mr. Prabowo, which is greatly influenced by the decision by Mr. Prabowo to vote," said Herman. According to Herman, support for someone to become Prabowo does not necessarily appear if there is no opportunity. Gibran, he said, was one of the figures who had this opportunity. "There is an opportunity, if Mas Gibran is currently still depending on the Constitutional Court's decision. Because the Constitutional Court has two submissions or two applicants. One by removing the lower age limit. But there are also those who want a maximum age limit of 70 years. Now this must also be a reasoning, "explained the West Java electoral district legislature. Herman also asked the public to wait for the results of the Constitutional Court's decision, which is currently still in process. What is clear is that the vice presidential candidate, he said, was handed over to Prabowo as the presidential candidate for the Advanced Indonesia Coalition (KIM).
