Bank DKI Confirmed To Be The Best BPD Supports Acceleration And Expansion Of Regional Digitization

The Regional Digitalization Acceleration and Expansion Task Force (Satgas P2DD) inaugurated Bank DKI as the Best Regional Development Bank (BPD) in Supporting the Acceleration and Expansion of Regional Digitization in 2023.

The P2DD Task Force conducted an evaluation of the performance of the TP2DD in 2022. As a result, the P2DD Task Force determined 15 Regional Governments (Pemda) of Best Recipients, Best Regional Governments, and 1 (one) BPD who most supported P2DD. Meanwhile, Bank DKI is the only BPD to receive the award.

Acting (Plt) President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, said that the achievement as the best BPD was an important milestone in the journey of digitalization transformation.

"We and of course are the essence of dedication and hard work in supporting digitalization in the regions, especially DKI Jakarta," Amirul said in his statement, Monday, October 9.

Amirul continued, Bank DKI is committed to continuing to innovate and become a reliable partner in supporting regional digitization. One of them is by providing innovative digital banking solutions and providing added value for all stakeholders.

Bank DKI's support for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government includes electronification of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's regional work unit (SKPD) budget management, through the Cash Management System (CMS) service.

That way, SKPD can monitor transaction activities for receiving and spending the budget on accounts easily, in real time and more accurately.

Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi said, his party believes that digitalization is the key to accelerating regional economic growth.

"We will continue to work hard to expand the reach of digital services and invest in the latest technology to provide added value to society and the region." Arie added.
