Sidoarjo Police Chief Kombes Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro explained that the case was revealed on Monday (25/9) where the perpetrator contacted the victim and conveyed the news that guests wanted to have sex.

"The victim was immediately ordered to enter the room where there was already the man in it," he said.
He said, in carrying out the action, photos of victims were offered by RF to potential victims via WhatsApp.
"After an agreement was made, the perpetrator charged the victim Rp. 500 thousand in which the perpetrator took part of Rp. 200 thousand while Rp. 300 thousand was given to the victim in exchange for serving guests in the perpetrator's boarding house in Ngampelsari Village, Candi District," he said.
