Muhammadiyah University Surabaya Has A New Professor

JAKARTA - The University of Muhammadiyah (UM) Surabaya has a new professor after inaugurating Prof. Dr. A. Aziz Alimul Hidayat., S.Kep., Ns., M.Kes as professors in the field of Nursing at the local campus, Saturday 30 September. At the inauguration event, Aziz delivered a speech entitled "Treformation of Nursing Education in the Era of Society 5.0". Nursing education is an academic and professional education that produces nurses or ners professions who are required to have competence in nursing practices with duties as care care providers," said Prof. Aziz, quoted from Antara. Aziz, as quoted by Prof. Aziz, changed in various aspects in nursing services because this has consequences for changes in nursing education process, nursing researcher, nursing researcher, executor based on the delegation of authority to perform medical actions and in the context of government programs, both delegative and mandatory in writing, as well as as as as implementing tasks under certain circumstances of limitations based on government assignment. Apparently the man who was born in Pucuk Lamongan developed a quality system model which is a development and modification of the quality system model of Malcolm Baldrige. First, with the reconstruction of an OBE-oriented curriculum (Outcome base education). With future skills of nurses such as: communication skills, critical/creative thinking for problem solving, of course this will improve the ability in analysis, synthesis, evaluation, decisiation progress, and creative thinking, Collaboration & Adaptive Thinking.Skill technology which includes computer literacy (digital literacy), internet skills, and takes and manages information through technology (nursing data science) and nursing skills itself, including interpersonal, personal skills.

It is hoped that graduates will be able to build teamwork, build relationships, conflict management, change management, responsiveness, and search behavior. Second, structuring information technology-based learning systems. Arrangement of the system uses the Blended Learning model with a Contextual Teaching Learning approach, Problems Based Learning and Project Based Learning approach.

Pengembangan blanded learning merupakan bagian dari pengembangan pembelajaran karena di dalamnya terdapat proses yang sistematis untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, mulai dari identifikasi masalah, pengembangan strategi dan pengembangan bahan ajar, serta evaluasi bahan ajar.Ketiga, Integrasi system Pendidikan dan pelayanan keperawatan adalah bagian dari link and match dunia industri kesehatan. Link and Match adalah menghubungkan pendidikan dengan dunia industri, sehingga diharapkan ada relevansi atau kesinambungan antara institusi sebagai pencetak lulusan (produk tenaga kerja) dengan industri yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang sesuai bidang keahlian."Dari ketiga upaya dan solusi dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, perlu digunakan prinsip kerja dengan menggunakan pola ADLI, A=Approach (pendekatan), D=deployment (penyebarluasan), L=learning (pembelajaran) dan I=integrasi dalam mengukur, mengevaluasi serta dalam menjalankan upaya tersebut," ujarnya.Dengan demikian ketiga upaya tersebut tentu dapat melakukan transformasi pendidikan keperawatan di era Society 5.0 yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada kualitas perawat-perawat baru yang dihasilkan dari institusi pendidikan keperawatan dan akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di tatanan pelayanan kesehatan atau industri kesehatan.
