Police Search For The Body Of A Baby Who Was Dumped At The Jembtan Aurduri Jambi Waste Disposal Site

JAMBI - Police in Jambi investigated the biological mother of a baby girl who was found by residents at a garbage disposal site (TPS) in the Aurduri 1 Bridge area, Teluk Kenali Village, Telanaipura District, Jambi City.

"We, especially the Telanaipura Police and Jambi Police, are investigating who the baby girl's mother is," said Telanaipura Police Chief AKP Harefa, quoted by ANTARA, Friday, September 29.

Harefa said that until now, the perpetrator or biological mother of the body of the poor baby has not been identified.

He said that if you look at the condition, the baby girl was just born, because when she was found there was still a center rope and it was wrapped in black plastic.

Previously, on Thursday (28/9) residents found the body of a baby girl wrapped in black plastic at a garbage dump.

The baby girl's body was found by a scavenger at around 12.20 WIB.

The resident immediately reported to the head of the local RT, and jointly confirmed the baby's condition.

At that time the police went straight to the scene and evacuated the baby girl's body and took her to Raden Mattaher Jambi Hospital for a post-mortem.
