Sisiwi Victims Of Bullying In Cilincing Ask For Trauma Recovery, Schools Instead Care Mentally For Perpetrators

JAKARTA - The victim's family admitted that they had been threatened by the MTs Alwathoniyah school, Cilincing, North Jakarta because the bullying video allegedly carried out by their school students was spread on social media. According to them, they can tarnish the good name of the school.

"(It's not) given assistance, it's not. In fact, I got threats from the principal regarding the ITE Law," said a resource person who did not want to be named to VOI, Monday, September 18.

"In fact, it's funny, this school thinks about the mentality of the perpetrators, then they blame me. Why go viral, make the perpetrator mentally down. Why report to KPAI, just make the perpetrators down," he continued.

On that occasion, he also told the condition of the victim after the bullying incident, in fact he was afraid to go to school. In fact, he did not dare to meet other people.

"It's getting worse, so I don't want to go to school. Since yesterday's incident. Then I asked why I wanted to, 'after I was told to be peaceful and hug the perpetrator," he said.

"Even though the victim didn't want to. 'Yes, what's up, the name was told by the teacher'. Then he forced me to change schools. I didn't want to go to school there," he continued.

Mts Alwathoniyah's party when contacted said that the case had been resolved amicably.

"That's it, just the kids. It's finished. It's already in," he said.

Previously, it was reported that five girls who attended Alwathoniyah Junior High School, Cilincing, North Jakarta, experienced bullying (bully) and were beaten by their friends. As a result of the bullying, the victim was severely traumatized and did not want to go to school.

It is known that the victim attended Alwathoniyah Middle School. Meanwhile, the alleged perpetrator studied at MTs Alwathoniyah, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
