Bareskrim Hunts For Husband And Wife Of Drug Lord Fredy Pratama

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police is hunting for a married couple with the initials FA and PN. They are Fredy Pratama's accomplices in a drug network.

"The girl and the guy (fugitive). Husband and wife," said the Director of Narcotics Crime at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Mukri Juharsa to reporters, Thursday, September 14.

In the drug network, the husband and wife act as financial managers. From the results of the mapping, they are said to be abroad. However, it did not specify the country where the two are located.

"Still abroad. All Indonesian citizens," said Mukti.

Fredy Pratama is the leader of one of the largest drug kingpins in Indonesia. In the last three years, his network circulated 10.2 tons of crystal methamphetamine.

Most recently, the National Police have arrested 39 members of the Fredy Pratama network. They are troops from the West and East regions in the circulation of narcotics.

"His role is as an army for the West and Eastern regions for the spread of methamphetamine and ecstasy," said Mukti.

Dozens of Fredy Pratama's men who have been arrested were charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (2) subsidiary Article 112 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (2) of the Narcotics Law.

Some of them were also charged with Article 3, 4, 5 of Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Exclusion.
